You can contact us by form, email, or a planning call. We then review product count, intended use, references, and the shot list before confirming the quote and delivery plan.
How is pricing handled?
Project quotes are based on SKU count, setups, and image usage. For batch work, we typically handle 10 to 40 products, and a 40 percent deposit is required to book.
How do you receive products?
Products are accepted by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery in Sendai City. We will also confirm the return method as part of the booking plan.
How are proofs and final files delivered?
After the session, you review a private selection gallery and then receive the edited files through a private delivery gallery. Final delivery depends on the confirmed scope and approval process.
