Lens Lava provides photography services for product inquiries, style review, reference review, quotation, sample setup approval, production, proof review, and edited file delivery. The exact scope depends on the confirmed project details, including product count, usage, and requested setup.

Quotes and Payment
Scope / use / administrationAny quote is based on the agreed project scope and may reflect the number of items, setups, and intended use. A deposit or other payment condition may apply before production begins, and accepted payment methods are limited to those stated during the booking process.

Payments / cancellation / timingProducts may be received only by scheduled drop-off or confirmed courier delivery, and any return or handover method must be arranged in advance where applicable. Booking and production are subject to studio availability, and the studio may decline or adjust a request if the scope is incomplete or unsuitable.
